Epiphan’s EC20 firmware 3.6.44 adds new control, monitoring, and integration capabilities designed to simplify deployment in education, enterprise, and professional AV environments.

A new Epiphan-certified Crestron module brings EC20 control into Crestron systems, complementing the existing Q-SYS plugin. The update also adds WebUI tally control, redesigned camera presets with preview capability, and support for using any preset as an Auto Tracking start position.

For Panopto environments, administrators can now monitor live audio during recording and streaming, while EC20 units registered with Epiphan Edge report live audio activity levels for faster troubleshooting. Together, these updates give integrators more control, easier system validation, and greater flexibility when deploying EC20 cameras at scale.
