How the Rebate Works

Customer purchases Wirecast Gear unit from an authorized Wirecast Gear reseller.
When customer receives Wirecast Gear unit, they must verify their purchase via Telestream’s Rebate Redemption form online. (Customers must have a copy of their dated purchase invoice, along with the model and serial numbers for their Gear unit handy).
Visa gift card(s) will be mailed within 10–14 days from date of valid purchase verification.

Please note: All rebates will be issued by Telestream in the form of one or more Visa® gift cards. One rebate per Wirecast Gear purchased. Visa® gift card(s) are issued to one individual per Wirecast Gear purchased, and may not be split between two or more individuals. The individual who completes the purchase verification will receive the Visa® gift card(s). Visa® gift card(s) will be mailed within 10–14 days from date of valid purchase verification. Telestream is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail and illegible entries. Fraudulent submission of multiple requests could result in voiding the rebate offer. Telestream reserves the right to substitute a check or Visa® pre-paid card of equal value in lieu of a Visa® gift card at their discretion. All rebate requests must be submitted by April 30, 2018.
