How to Redeem your Voucher

Those who have already registered their device can instantly generate their unique PDF voucher once logged into the my.atomos.com dashboard.
Once downloaded, this voucher can be redeemed at any authorised Atomos reseller. The QR code will be scanned by your chosen authorised Atomos reseller to redeem the voucher against your order. Please DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE as this will invalidate the voucher and prevent you from redeeming it with an authorised reseller.

What do I do with the QR code?
When provided with a voucher from one of our end users, please follow the instructions on the voucher to scan the QR code or follow the link supplied. You will then be asked to enter your details and redeem the voucher.
Why do I have to enter my details to redeem the voucher?
In order for us to track the voucher usage, please enter your details when prompted. This data is reported back to us, and will be used to verify that you have applied the discount and therefore qualify to claim the associated credit.
What is the discount?
The discount is $500 to be applied to the MSRP of the Ninja V+ Pro Kit – exclusive of any taxes. You as the dealer will receive the credit approprotae to your dealer program (ie. Black Belt = $400 credit)
How do I make a claim after applying the discount?
When you redeem the voucher for your end user, your details will be provided to us. We will then need to see a copy of the associated invoice from you, in order to process your claim. Please provide this to Broadfield.
