By Jim Bask 0 Comment February 14, 2017

Last week, VideoStitch announced some exciting news!

Have you ever thought about changing your name? Well, we have. And today the day has come. Today, we officially change our company name from VideoStitch to Orah.

The reason is simple, really. Five years ago, when VideoStitch was first founded, its name was obvious. We were developing our first product, a software to simplify and speed up 360 video stitching. And to be honest that was all we wanted at the time. Hence, the very descriptive name VideoStitch. Back then we never imagined the company to become this successful and grow into what it is today.

What you need to know to get started with Facebook Live

By Jim Bask 0 Comment February 13, 2017

Whether you’re shooting indoors or outdoors, you don’t want shaky video, bad light or poor audio. Invest in a tripod with a cellphone mount for both indoor and outdoor shoots — you can get a cellphone mount for as low as US$2. If you think you’ll have lots of moving shots, get a stabilizer so you don’t end up with shaky video. Something like the DJI Osmo is a little pricey (US$569 on Amazon) but gets the job done.
