Behind the scenes of the Auto Tracking and Auto Loop PTZ Apps – with Mark Moreve

Get behind the scenes with Director of Photography, Mark Moreve, to find out how he adapted to the needs of his education and live event clients with the help of the new Canon PTZ Applications. His clients wanted to keep on working in a hybrid manner and the PTZ applications became an essential part of Mark’s kit due to its ability to be completely automated and not require a camera operator.
The recently announced applications, Auto Tracking and Auto Loop, were tested by Mark at a university theatre and a musical performance, which was live-streamed across the UK.
Auto Tracking Application RA-AT001: Unlock the potential to track the main speaker with head/face detection as they move around the stage, automatically. Optimize production efficiency for lectures, corporate events, houses of worship, live performances and broadcast.
Auto Loop Application RA-AL001: Programm repeated camera pan, tilt, and zoom movements to track repeated live action, consistently and accurately. Capture footage of live events and musical performances with style.
