Brainstorm’s Edison Pro Adds Interactivity to Online Events

Brainstorm’s Edison Pro Workstation is a comprehensive, easy-to-use, and cost-effective solution for creating amazing live and online presentations. Users can start off with a simple PPT or PDF file and then add rich media, from pictures, sound and video to complex 3D objects and animations from the built-in libraries or any other source. Presenters can immerse themselves in a virtual environment and easily control the presentation using standard devices, such as a clicker.
David Fox of IBC Daily recently wrote abut Edison Pro and says “Edison Pro allows content providers to turn a simple presentation into a complete interactive show without expensive hardware or a studio setup. A complete standalone system is ready to work out of the box. All that is required is a camera and a portable chroma set to include the presenter in the virtual world with the presentation.”
Our own workflow Specialist Glen Seamen recently had a first hand experience with Edison Pro and loves the potential of this product! Glen built a version of our Liquid Lunch and Learn Dealer show using a Virtual Set, it including a remote guest in a monitor on the wall, and Power Point slide that moved within the 3D Environment, and all of this could be run by just the presenter, VP or marketing, Jim Bask. Jim could change Power point slides and camera angles all while presenting form something as simple as a Stream Deck, he usually has at least 2 people behind the scenes running the show for him.
