Broadfield Cares partners with Long Island Cares

Broadfield Distributing would like to thank everyone who helped us with Broadfield Cares, our new initiative and commitment to give back to our community. We recently partnered with Long Island Cares to raise much needed goods for the Long Island Community.
We were able to reach our goal of over 1,000 pounds of food donated on our virtual food drive, collect non-perishable items at our HQ in Mineola and put together 25 backpacks filled with over one thousand dollars in personal items such as socks, gloves, toiletries, and more.
Each backpack contained a pair of women’s gloves, a pair of men’s gloves, 10 pairs of men’s socks, 5 pairs of women’s socks, men’s deodorant, women’s deodorant, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, Q-tips, floss, toothpaste, a pack of 4 toothbrushes and 4 disposable masks.
We are thrilled with how this partnership worked out and are excited to continue to give back to the community with Broadfield Cares.
