Church Production First Impression: BirdDog P110 and P120 PTZ Cameras

The P110 and P120 full NDI PTZ Cameras were recently added to BirdDog’s impressive line of PTZ cameras. Chuch Production is here to give their first impression on the camera and the first thing they have to say is “Calling them feature-rich would be an understatement. In addition to BirdDog’s Central Lite NDI routing and management platform, customers also receive the company’s Cam Control monitoring and color control system, and Comms Pro, a five-user production intercom program.”
The P110 offers a 10x optical zoom while the P120 has a 20x optical zoom. The camera offers a variety of frame rates at 1080P, 1080i, and 720P. You’ll also have access to standard outputs including HDMI, SDI, NDI, and USB. The camera houses a Sony Exmor R back-illuminated sensor and BirdDog’s custom NDI® silicon.
The P110 and P120 can be paired with various free BirdDog software including Central Lite, Comms Lite, and Cam Control. BirdDog also allows houses of worship to access Central Pro and Comms Pro for free.
