I-Dealers participating in this promotion are required to provide the Free new RM-LP100U when an End User purchases any 3 new KY-PZ510 PTZ cameras at the same time. Distributors participating in this promotion are required to provide the Free new RM-LP100U for each 3 new KY-PZ510 camera sale to their I-Dealer. JVC in turn will provide the Distributor with the corresponding account credit for each RM-LP100U purchased from JVC and then provided to the I-Dealer for this promotion. Account credit fulfillment is determined by the Distributor providing the required I-Dealer Point Of Sale (POS) information during the promotion.

NOTE: The Free RM-LP100U must be provided by the Distributor to the I-Dealer, then passed on to the End User. JVC Professional Products will advertise and heavily promote this promotion until the end of March 2025. JVC will not fulfill the Free RM-LP100U to the I Dealer or end user.

Terms and Conditions:

• POS information must be for I-Dealer sales from April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025.
• POS information must be provided to JVC within 30 days of the I-Dealer’s purchase date.
• POS information must include the following: I-Dealer name, street address, the individual serial numbers of the 3 KY-PZ510 models and the single RM-LP100U purchased, and date of sale.
• The promotion credit may be applied for new RM-LP100U units provided to the I-Dealer from the Distributor’s existing inventory. In this case, the account credit will be for the amount the reseller purchased the RMLP100U for and the reseller must provide documentation indicating the purchase amount.
• The promotion credit will not be provided if the I-Dealer POS information is missing or incomplete.
• The POS information is to be sent electronically to ptzpromotion@us.jvckenwood.com.
• Account credit fulfillment will be processed within approximately four weeks of receipt by JVC.
• JVC Professional Video Products reserves the right to apply credits to any outstanding balances of the current receivables.
• Concurrently running promotions and programs are applicable.
• This promotion is valid only in the United States.
• JVC reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time
