NewTek Introduces NDI 5

Available for download later this month, NDI 5 will allow anyone to easily move video, audio and metadata over LAN, WAN and public internet – with high speed and quality using billions of devices worldwide. With NDI 5, physical studios will be able to connect to ones in the cloud and remote video production effectively becomes local.

To make NDI even more accessible to new and experienced users alike, the free NDI Tools download has been reimagined for NDI 5 with a fresh interface and intuitive guidance built in. And for a limited time, NewTek is giving away 10,000 downloads of our camera app, which will allow NDI users the opportunity to add a 4K capable camera to their show when they connect their NDI-enabled mobile device. The free camera app will be available with tomorrow’s announcement.
