LiveU has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Actus Digital’s business and technology. Actus Digital is renowned for its peerless intelligent monitoring and compliance logging platforms and will significantly enhance our monitoring, content analysis and AI integration capabilities, accelerating our mission to help our customers improve operational effectiveness and create more value from video.
You may well be familiar with Actus Digital – a key player in the broadcast industry, used by premier broadcasters and media agencies worldwide. Actus Digital brings powerful content analysis, Quality of Experience (QoE) monitoring solutions, leading compliance solutions and advanced AI enabled tools for TV, radio and digital channels, that will seamlessly integrate with the LiveU EcoSystem for increased accessibility, making it easy for you and your teams to be sure of the performance and reliability of your LiveU solutions. Actus Digital will operate as a separate business unit within LiveU.
Thanks to the IP-Positive interoperability of our EcoSystem and the ability of Actus Digital’s platform to accept every type of video protocol, your customers will be able to easily and intelligently monitor and analyze all their content feeds, allowing them to be sure of their quality, performance and reliability.
Following successful closing we will start to onboard Actus Digital and our immediate intention is that, for now, everything stays the same for our customers and partners. Please be assured that all operations and services for both LiveU and Actus Digital customers will continue as usual.
