In this video, Jim McKenna from Facilis Technology introduces FastTracker, an asset management and workflow efficiency tool designed to simplify media organization and tracking. FastTracker offers powerful features including browse and global search interfaces, proxy generation, metadata-based search, file movement across storage systems (including cloud and LTO), duplicate and lost file tracking, and customizable metadata entry. It also supports on-prem multilingual transcription, Google’s Vertex AI integration for advanced metadata, and seamless use within Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. New features include logging tools with keyboard shortcuts for efficient clip review and marker entry.
