DRM2-Plus Enhances AJA’s Mini-Converter Workflow with Expanded Capacity and Cooling Options

AJA’s new DRM2-Plus delivers a streamlined way to manage and power up to 24 Mini-Converters in a single 3RU frame. Featuring increased interior space, the DRM2-Plus supports double-stacking of smaller FiDO and D5 Series converters with an optional Y-cable, or up to 12 mid-size converters, or 6 larger ones like the DANTE-12GAM.
Users can also integrate a third-party USB hub for simplified communication with installed converters. With its modular design, optional cooling configurations, and support for both Mini-Con-X and Mini-XLR power, DRM2-Plus replaces the original DRM2 with greater flexibility and future-ready design enhancements.
