At InfoComm 2026, AJA Video Systems demonstrated how its production and IP video solutions could help higher education AV/IT teams connect increasingly complex campus workflows.
Universities are no longer supporting classrooms alone. Campus AV now extends into live production, streaming, lecture capture, student media, athletics, remote contribution, and hybrid learning, bringing professional AV and traditional broadcast workflows closer together.

Bridging Campus Video Workflows
AJA showcased BRIDGE LIVE IP, IP25-R, OG-GEN10, Io Xpand, Mini-Converters, fiber transmission converters, and professional I/O solutions at InfoComm 2026. Together, these technologies addressed production, streaming, recording, timing, conversion, and video transport across campus environments.
BRIDGE LIVE IP demonstrated how teams can move between technologies including ST 2110, NDI, H.264, and H.265, while IP25-R provided a bridge between ST 2110, 12G-SDI, and HDMI 2.0 workflows.
AJA also highlighted OG-GEN10 for synchronization in production environments and Io Xpand for portable, software-based production using Thunderbolt 5 systems and professional AJA I/O cards.
A More Flexible Approach to Higher Education AV
For dealers and integrators serving colleges and universities, AJA's InfoComm 2026 presence highlighted an important shift: campus video infrastructure increasingly needs to support broadcast, Pro AV, and IP workflows within the same environment.
Rather than requiring institutions to replace existing infrastructure all at once, AJA's approach helps connect established SDI and HDMI systems with newer IP and streaming technologies.
For higher education, that flexibility can make it easier to build AV systems that support today's teaching and production requirements while providing a practical path toward future IP-based campus video workflows.
