AJA introduced the OG-FiDO-4 product line at IBC 2026, bringing four channels of SDI and fiber conversion into the openGear form factor for professional broadcast and Pro AV workflows.
The new lineup provides multiple configuration options, including 12G-SDI, 3G-SDI, single-mode fiber, and multi-mode fiber. By supporting four channels in an openGear environment, OG-FiDO-4 gives integrators and production teams another option for extending SDI signals over fiber while keeping infrastructure centralized and scalable.
For broadcast facilities, live production, sports, and other multichannel video environments, OG-FiDO-4 is designed to make long-distance SDI transport more flexible while bringing AJA's fiber conversion technology into openGear-based systems.
