According to Namatinia, NDI 5 was in development for two years. “We really wanted to create a release that would change the way NDI is seen within the world,” he said. “We are very close to our clients. We’re lucky that we have so many end users that we could have a back and forth, and most of these features are what our end users and our SDK users have been waiting for.”

Of course the initial cut of any effects heavy spot is done in an NLE and this one was done in Premiere. But my third reaction was a real surprise that Adobe would take this to traditional television with the spot airing on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, The Late Late Show with James Corden, and during critically acclaimed programming on Adult Swim and FX.”
