Microsoft TX End of Life March 31, 2026 Announcement and Preparations from QuickLink

QucikLink has released a statement today giving all customers advance notice that Microsoft has confirmed the end of life of all Skype TX models and versions on Tuesday 31 March.
Following Microsoft’s deprecation of certain Skype TX channels earlier this month, QuickLink spoke with Microsoft to confirm the status of the platform. Microsoft confirmed that this end of life applies across all Skype TX solutions, including QuickLink TX and products from other manufacturers such as NewTek/Vizrt, Riedel Communications, Broadcast Bionics, and others.
We’re sharing this now so you have time to assess any impact on your workflow and consider replacement options before the service ends.
QuickLink has already supported many organizations in moving to alternative workflows, including StudioEdge workflows for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and QuickLink StudioCall.
