As Banana Ball expands across the United States, its broadcast infrastructure has had to scale with it. For 2026, the Banana Ball Championship League includes six teams, 75 stadiums across 45 states, and nearly 200 games, with NETGEAR AV networking supporting the production behind Banana Ball TV.
Fans First Entertainment upgraded its Savannah, Georgia, REMI production facilities to support as many as three simultaneous live broadcasts. NETGEAR M4350 switches form the core of the network, connecting production switchers, replay systems, intercom, video router control, computers, and other critical broadcast systems. M4250 switches and WiFi 7 access points also support the larger deployment.
For a production traveling between college, minor-league, and major-league stadiums, flexibility is critical. NETGEAR Engage provides centralized switch visibility and management, while auto trunking allows crews to connect switches as production requirements change without pre-planning every trunk port.
With Banana Ball reaching audiences across ABC, ESPN, The CW, and YouTube, the deployment demonstrates how scalable AV networking can support large REMI and live sports production while keeping the underlying infrastructure simple for production teams to manage.
