As Transformation Church expanded its live and digital production operations, reliable communications became increasingly important for coordinating video, audio, lighting, cameras, stage management, and broadcast teams.
Working with integrator Diversified, the church deployed a comprehensive Riedel Communications Artist intercom system centered around an Artist-1024 matrix. The installation includes more than 50 Bolero wireless beltpacks, 39 antennas, more than 40 1200 Series SmartPanels, and over 90 Riedel headsets.
The system provides reliable communications throughout Transformation Church's three-story facility, including its 3,000-seat auditorium, studios, production control rooms, meeting spaces, and children's ministry areas. Bolero allows crews to move throughout the building while maintaining communications, while SmartPanels provide intuitive, color-coded access to channels and groups.
The deployment also gives operators greater control over individual audio levels and simplifies system configuration, helping reduce the day-to-day management required from production leadership.
