How it Works:

  1. Trade in must be register on Kiloview Website, eligibility will be confirmed via email within 3 business days
  2. P1 and P2 units do not require device return. However, these products will no longer receive future updates or maintenance
  3. Third-party devices require the old device to be handed over to the reseller for centralized recycling
  4. Dealer will sell the P3/P3Mini at the trade-in discount. Claims will be paid as a back-end rebate. Claims must include customer AND product information as provided by Kiloview 

Device Return Requirements

  1. Dealers provide customers with simple return instructions and oversee the process
  2. Third-party devices must be returned to Kiloview.
  3. Return schedules and procedures are managed by Kiloview

Important Notes

  1. Discounts are based on MSRP.
  2. For devices participating in the trade-in, Kiloview will no longer provide after-sales service.
  3. Subject to Kiloview’s final interpretation and revision rights.
