Avid is Listening to You! Customers Let Your Voice Be Heard!

avid-aca-voteWhat makes a great product more successful is tending to the needs of their consumers.  In the media industry something like customer input goes a long way and Avid has come up with a great way to absorb that input.  They have created the Avid Customer Association (ACA) and this year had their Inaugural ACA Vote last December.  This vote allowed members of the ACA  to let their voice be heard about what they liked and disliked and Keli Callaghan gives a look into those voting results.

Together with your support, the Avid Customer Association (ACA) has made overwhelming progress and continues to create a deeper level of engagement between Avid and its customers, partners, and community. In the first inaugural ACA Vote this past December, we were able to leverage our impressive growth to over 17,000 members and the strength of our community to make our collective voice even louder.
